Plasma nitriding

Plasma nitriding is a very environmentally friendly method, which takes place without ammonia.

Plasma nitriding and subsequent oxidation gives a surface with low friction, good sliding properties and excellent corrosion resistance. The technology used is hot-wall plasma. Current pulses, so-called micro-pulse plasma gives an even temperature and a very safe process. The goods gets minimal changes in shape, when the process occurs at a low temperature, 450-580 º C. During the nitriding process all parameters are logged and archived.
